SING IN IF YOU HAVE BEEN HERE AND ARE NOT A MEMBER
Just wanted to let you all know that I will be home on leave Jan 12th to 31st shoot me a e-mail with your # and we can see whats going on merc50flathead@yahoo.com

Hey! This is one of the founding members of the club (not the Big Kahuna founder Stokes, though.) It would appear that the bulk of the club is in Afghanistan for the next year or so... no worries. We will be back in time for the cruisin' season of '10 . If you visit the site, keep coming back periodically. We don't have the best means to work on it, but we try. Post some messages, send some pics, and keep the tradition strong in the States while we build the chapter here. Thanks
Matt (Airborne Camino)

Glad to see the hot rod ethic is still making the world a better place. If any of you guys were members of the Tacoma Torquers hot rod club in the early 50's, I'd like to hear from you. Ed Leaf, my father, was a member back in the day, but he passed away recently.

Just a note to say I enjoyed your website. You look like a good group of guys that are keeping alive a great tradition. Keep up the good work.
I have a 54 Chev 2dr that I'm working on. I hope to have it on the road next spring. I live near Olympia and hope to see you fellas on the road some time.

Looking forward to seein' you guys at Northwest car shows! Our clubs (Rat Bastards Car Club) car show "Infestation 2009" is August 30th at the Triple X in Issaquah. Lance Lambert will be filming a "Vintage Vehicle Show" episode. And Go-Kustom films will be shooting sequences for the movie "Rat Rod Rockers" at the car show also.
